On 15 November 2012 in VU Library's Smuglewicz Hall an opening of the exhibition "Vetera Reducta" took place. It was dedicated to commemorate the 100th birthday of the former Director of Vilnius University Library, a famous book researcher and librarian, Vilnius University professor Levas Vladimirovas (1912-1999).
